Hoe maak ik een afspraak?
Een afspraak inplannen voor de visagie kan alleen via WhatsApp. We plannen de gewenste tijd in en bespreken de mogelijkheden voor deze dag. Als alles geregeld is zet ik de afspraak vast in mijn agenda.

Hoe ver van te voren moet ik een afspraak inplannen?
De meeste klanten boeken bij mij een afspraak ongeveer 2/3 maanden van te voren. Betreft het een afspraak in het weekend dan raad ik altijd aan om de afspraak zo vroeg mogelijk in te boeken. Het komt vaak voor dat ik voor de weekenden al snel zit volgeboekt, maar er kan altijd een plekje vrij komen. Je kunt dus altijd appen, ook al is het last minute! Je kunt bij mij tot max. een jaar vooruit boeken. Ik neem geen afspraken aan die later dan een jaar zullen plaatsvinden.

Kom je op locatie?
Omdat Jasmijn Visagie een salon is kom ik niet op locatie. Ook niet tegen meerprijs of bij een groep. Omdat er meerdere klanten zijn die op een dag langs komen voor visagie kom ik niet op locatie.

Hoeveel personen kunnen er maximaal meekomen?
Je kunt bij mij met maximaal vier personen langskomen. Ik neem graag de tijd en wil jullie zo mooi mogelijk maken en kwaliteit leveren. Ik steek veel tijd in de technieken en neem van te voren altijd even een klein intake gesprekje af zodat alles naar wens verloopt.

Doe je ook haarstyling?
Zelf verzorg ik geen haarstyling, wel is het mogelijk om een haarstyliste erbij te boeken. Op mijn advies raad ik Esra van Glamorous Hairstyling aan, ze komt indien beschikbaar op aanvraag naar de salon toe. Je dient zelf contact op te nemen met de haarstyliste om te vragen over haar beschikbaarheid op de door jou gekozen datum. Neem een kijkje op haar Instagram pagina om haar werk te bekijken. Je kunt altijd in overleg je eigen kapster vragen om naar mijn salon toe te komen als daar die dag ruimte voor is.

Hoe lang ben je bezig?
Make-up duurt gemiddeld 60 tot 90 minuten.

Hoe lang duurt make-up en haarstyling samen?
Zelf ben ik 90 minuten bezig met de make-up, stel je wilt er ook haarstyling bij dan zal het ongeveer een uurtje langer duren. Zelf reken ik meestal 3 uur voor make-up en haarstyling samen. Stel je komt met twee personen dan wisselen we om en zijn jullie tegelijk klaar en zal het ook 3 uur lang duren.

Mag er een fotograaf meekomen?
De fotograaf mag altijd even langs komen tijdens het aanbrengen van de make-up. Wel altijd eerst even overleggen of hier de mogelijkheid toe is i.v.m met de privacy van andere klanten die op dat moment misschien in de salon aanwezig kunnen zijn. Het is niet toegestaan om na afloop een fotoshoot/videoshoot in de salon te houden i.v.m de volgende klanten en de tijdsplanning van deze dag.

Kan ik mijn jurk meebrengen?
Het is bij mij in de salon mogelijk om je om te kleden. Heb je een shoot en wil je graag meteen door naar de locatie of wil je het complete plaatje meteen al zien? Dan is je jurk meebrengen altijd mogelijk. Je kunt de jurken bij mij in de salon ophangen.

Kan ik als beginner ook de workshop volgen?
Dat kan zeker, ik leer je stap voor stap al mijn technieken. Je hebt hier geen visagie ervaring voor nodig, je moet altijd ergens beginnen! Ik geef wel altijd even aan dat het natuurlijk niet in een keer helemaal perfect zal worden. Het is waarschijnlijk de eerste keer dat je deze techniek gebruikt dus het is altijd oefen en nog eens oefenen, maar met de juiste basiskennis die je tijdens de workshop leert gaat het al een stuk makkelijker.

Krijg ik een factuur na afloop van de workshop?
Je kunt bij mij altijd een factuur aanvragen. Als je pint krijg je automatisch een pin factuur via de mail toegestuurd.

Betaling
Je kunt bij mij in de salon pinnen of contant betalen. Indien je contant betaald neem dan altijd het bedrag gepast mee, er is geen wisselgeld aanwezig in de salon. Je hoeft bij de visagie afspraken geen aanbetaling te doen. Heb je een Workshop ingeplant? Dan wordt er een aanbetaling van 50% gevraagd om de afspraak vast te zetten.
